Please note that the deadline for submitting a membership renewal has now passed. If you were a member in 2012 and wish to renew your membership for 2013, please select from the forms below to submit a new membership registration.

If you work at a High School, University, or are applying as an Individual Member or Retired Professional: click here for your membership application.

Important notes regarding your membership application:
Members of the OACAC Board will review your application. After completing your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will contain your username and password. Be sure to keep this so that you can log into the website once your membership application has been approved. Please allow two weeks from the time of submitting your application for approval. In the event that additional information is required to process your application, additional time may be required.
Please note that you will only receive notification is your application is not approved. If your membership is approved, you will be able to log-in to our member area within two weeks of submitting your application. If more than two weeks have passed since submitting your application and you are unable to log-in to your account, please contact email@example.com
Once you complete the application form and click Submit, you will have the option to pay by credit card or to send a US dollar check drawn on a US bank. Please allow extra time for membership approval if paying by check, as your application can not be approved until we receive your check.
Your username and password will not work until you have been approved for membership, which can take up to two weeks (longer if you are paying by check). If you try to log-in before your application has been approved, you will receive a message that your profile has been marked as Invalid. If it has been two weeks since you submitted your membership application and you are still unable to log in, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
